Young Adult Culinary and Professional Development Program
Hudson Ignite engages local, young adults in free culinary and professional development classes.
Feast&floret invites young adults ages 15 to 19 into the professional kitchen, to cover topics such as cooking with open fire, food sourcing/production practices, first aid, resumé building, and inspiring confidence in any professional field.
One session includes 8 classes over 4 weeks
Tuesdays and Wednesdays
9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Each day consists of a hands-on class, or key speaker lesson, and will finish with a sit-down meal.

Guardians are invited on Wednesdays to join in key speaker lessons and lunch!
